US Postal Service (USPS) Domestic Shipping
Orders over $99 will ship for FREE. Orders under $99 will ship for a flat rate of $5.95.
This rate applies only to orders placed via the website and is valid for USA delivery addresses only. This offer does not include large items such as wheels, rims and brake rotors.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is received. If order fulfillment is expected to take longer than 2-3 business days, we will attempt to contact you to discuss options. Orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. This service has an average 1-3 day transit time to most valid U.S. residential and business addresses. An email will be sent to you once your package has left our facility. Package information can be viewed on the USPS website, (www.usps.com). The USPS site does not allow exact tracking of the package or provide a guaranteed delivery date but you will be able to view the package transit progress and confirmed delivery time. *Please note that delivery times to some areas may be longer. We DO NOT guarantee delivery dates with USPS.

UPS Domestic Shipping
Our system will also offer quotes for shipping with UPS. We offer options such as UPS Ground, 3-Day Express, 2-Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. These options will be available to US customers only and these options will be shown during checkout. Please note that the shipping time does not include order processing time. Your order will be shipped with the requested method after the 1-2 business day processing time. If order fulfillment is expected to take longer than 2 business days, we will attempt to contact you to discuss options. If you have questions about UPS shipping options or expected delivery dates, please contact us. An email will be sent to you once your order has left our facility. Package information can be tracked at (www.UPS.com). Delivery times for UPS ground are 2-5 business days to most of the U.S. Express shipping option can ONLY be shipped to the authorized BILLING ADDRESS of the payment method used.. Any order with alternate addresses will be canceled. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions.

International Orders & Shipping
International orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. If the order fulfillment is expected to take longer, we will attempt to contact you by email to discuss options. All International Orders are shipped using US Postal Service (USPS) Global Priority Mail. This services has an average delivery time of 4-10 days. For some destinations, delivery times may be longer due to your local customs or post office.
There are absolutely no international delivery time guarantees.
Because International shipping rates vary, you must choose the correct shipping options for your country. Failure to do so will delay your order being processed. There is a 20 lb. weight limit for using these shipping options. We can generally fit 2 complete chain/sprocket kits in one box. All prices shown on the website are in US Dollars. We do not collect any taxes, VAT, duties or customs fees, these are the responsibility of the customer.

THE ABOVE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES DO NOT APPLY TO LARGE ITEMS (Rims, wheel sets, brake rotors or any package over 20lbs). Before ordering any rims/wheels sets or items that would total more that 2 complete sprocket kits, please contact us for an accurate shipping quote to your country.

Product Returns

Before returning any item for any reason, please first contact us via email or call us at 888-265-2141 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Sprocket Center cannot accept returned merchandise without a prior RMA.We will only accept returns within 30 days from the date your package was delivered.
Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include the original product packaging. For each item returned for refund instead of exchange, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be assessed. There is no restocking fee for an item returned for an exchange or purchase of a new item.
Due to the nature of the made-to-order custom built chain kits, some chain kits may not be returned. These generally include any chain kits built with non-stock sprockets sizes or chain lengths. However is it our sole discretion if we choose a accept a return for a chain kit. If you have any question about the correct kit for your motorcycle mode, please contact us BEFORE placing an order. Some chains of certain lengths cannot be returned. Generally chains under 108 links or over 130 links will not be accepted for returns or exchanges with out a 15% restock fee. Please contacts with any questions about lengths or color, before placing an order.
Any ELECTRONIC parts are NON RETURNABLE.This includes PowerCommander parts and accessories, Speedo DRD units, and any other electric parts. Please be 100% sure you are selection the correct part for your bike YEAR and MODEL. We have no way to test these parts, so they cannot be returned for any reason. If you feel the part is defective, we will help you contact the MFG to file a warranty claim. But if you simply ordered the wrong part, unfortunately cannot be returned.
VORTEX colored sprockets - Silver, Red or Blue sprockets are ordered per customer, and are not returnable. Please confirm your bike fitment via the Manufacture website, and that the color is what you want. Vortex sprocket colors are not standard due teh nature of anodized adn may not match your bike. We do not accept returns.
Parts that have been installed, damaged while attempting to install, mounted, fitted, modified and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return. Any tools that have been used cannot be returned. No exceptions!
Due to the nature of the made-to-order custom built wheels sets, they may not be returned.
Sale and clearance merchandise sales are final and cannot be returned.
If you return any item from a multiple parts kit or package deal for a refund such as a chain/sprocket kit), the items being kept from the kit /package deal will revert to regular pricing and customer will receive refund of the remainder after pricing has been recalculated to reflect original pricing. Sprocket Center will not accept exchanges for items that are clearance or discontinued.
Return shipping costs and other incidental fees are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or shipped in error. Sprocket Center is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we suggest that you insure the returned package(s) through the shipping carrier.
If your item originally qualified for free freight and you are returning it, the actual cost to originally ship your item to you will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

Sprocket Center will replace any product that was shipped in error, as quickly as possible and at no cost to the customer.
