This customizable 1200 Sportster chain & sprocket kit is perfect for race and flat track builds (or any build that wants a slimmer drive-train). Complete kit includes everything you need to make the switch to chain drive. Each of the 520 chains listed have been selected specifically to work great with your Harley Sportster. All hardware is included for an easy installation on stock frames and aftermarket frames (see below for more info).
Each Sportster 520 Chain Conversion Kit includes:
- (1) 520 SUPERLITE brand chromoly-steel front sprocket (1/2" offset)
- (1) 520 SUPERLITE brand steel rear sprocket
- (1) 1/2" Billet aluminum rear spacer
- Grade 8+ Hardware
- Choice of 520 Heavy Duty X'ring chain - 120 links (longer available)
- (1) Rivet-type master link
STOCK gearing (2.36/1) - choose 22/52 sprockets.
HIGHWAY gearing - choose +1 front (23T) and/or smaller rear.
TORQUE (Quick-Acceleration / Wheelies) choose a larger rear.

Say goodbye to shredded belts and convert your Sportster to chain-drive. This compete kit includes your choice of chain, front & rear sprockets and all required hardware. This chain kit is designed for use with the stock Sportster frame. The kit may also fit aftermarket frames/hardtails which use the stock spacing & axel parts. For other custom frames, custom spacers may be needed for correct chain alignment. This is for use with a stock with wheel, and is not for a wide tire conversion.
22 or 23 fronts NOT RECOMMENDED when using 13.5"+ shocks due to clearance. Other vendors offer Sportster Chain Sliders to remedy this issue.
