The Superlite Quick-Change Kit for the Ducati 848 Superbike is lighter than the OEM parts and makes future sprocket changes simple. Once installed, this two-piece sprocket/carrier system allows you to remove and replace the rear sprocket without having to disassemble the rear wheel/hub assembly. All components are precision machined and install just like the Ducati factory parts. Each of the DID, EK or RK chains listed have been selected specifically to work great with your Ducati. For easy installation, the chain is cut to the proper length based on your sprocket size selections.
This Ducati 848 sprockets & chain kit includes:
- (1) Superlite brand chromoly-steel front sprocket
- (1) Superlite Quick Change rear sprocket (steel or aluminum )
- (1) Superlite PCD-2 Aluminum Quick Change Sprocket Carrier
- (1) Set of sprocket/carrier hardware (steel or titanium)
- Choice of 525 X'ring chain, cut to length
- (1) matching rivet-type master link
Optional parts shown but are not required. Superlite Quick Change Carriers accept all OEM Ducati parts.

Superlite Quick Change system enables you to swap the rear sprocket on your Ducati 848 without removing the rear wheel/hub assembly. These kits are slightly more expensive than an a standard 1-piece sprocket kit but once the Quick Change Hub is mounted it remains on the bike and makes future sprocket changes roughly half the cost. Superlite Quick Change Carriers accept all OEM Ducati parts ( flange, cush,hardware)
Sprocket Center uses only the best motorcycle chains in out kits. Each DID, RK and EK chain models listed here have been selected specifically to work great on your Ducati.
